Porcelain-insulated oil-filled terminals are suitable for XLPE and EPR insulated cables with aluminum or copper conductors.
• Different models of FEV outdoor terminals are available for operating voltages from 72.5 kV to 245 kV.
• The complete terminal set includes a porcelain insulator with a metal headplate, a metal base plate with supporting insulators, a prefabricated silicone rubber stress cone with an integrated stress control system, silicone oil for insulator filling, and a sealed cable joint.
• Conductor connections are available in both spiral and crimp types.
• All metal components are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy or stainless steel.
• The supplied insulators comply with IEC 60815 standards under standard pollution levels.
