CSA is a metal oxide surge arrester with a shielded silicone rubber connector jacket, used to protect equipment (such as transformers, switchgear, and cables) in medium-voltage power distribution networks. The arrester limits overvoltage surges and overvoltage surges caused by voltage surge reflection. The arrester connects directly to cable connectors CB or extended connectors cc, significantly reducing the overall installation depth.
